What to bring

Please label all personal belongings with your child’s first and last name. Check off items as you pack; these checkboxes are not saved or sent to the school.

• LunchboxPack a nutritious lunch with protein, vegetables, fruit, and grains whenever possible.
• Water bottleSend a reusable water bottle labeled with your child’s first and last name.
• Extra clothingInclude a complete change of clothes for spills or accidents.
• Diapers and wipes, if applicableBring an adequate supply for your child’s daily needs.
• Diaper rash ointment, if applicableInclude any required authorization forms.
• Nap blanket and sheet, if applicableBring a small blanket and crib-size sheet for rest time. Check with your child’s teacher about their program’s needs.

Complete your enrollment documents

Make sure the school has your child’s immunization record and birth certificate. If you already uploaded them during enrollment, you do not need to send them again unless the office asks for an update.

Complete and return the Emergency Information Card before your child’s first day when possible. Ask the office for the card if you have not received it. List at least two authorized emergency contacts other than the parents, with current phone numbers and pickup permissions.

Procare and daily communication

The school will send your Procare invitation. Use the app for classroom updates, messages from teachers and the office, and photos shared according to your family’s permissions.

The school will provide your personal sign-in and sign-out code separately. Keep it accessible for daily drop-off and pickup.
