Toddler Program
Building Independence & Curiosity β Ages 1 to 2
Dedicated, nurturing, and trained teachers implement a toddler-designed curriculum to foster cognitive development, speech and language development, strengthen fine motor and gross motor skills, introduce grace and courtesy lessons, and promote independence. An important part of a toddler’s developing independence is learning to care for themselves β washing hands, putting on shoes and jackets.
What Your Toddler Will Experience
Hands-on Montessori learning in three languages
π§ Cognitive Development
Activities designed to challenge thinking, develop problem-solving skills, and build concentration. Montessori materials are always accessible, attractive, safe, and geared for success.
π£οΈ Speech & Language
Trilingual immersion in Mandarin, Spanish, and English with native-speaking teachers. Songs, stories, conversations, and language-rich play build vocabulary in all three languages.
β Fine & Gross Motor Skills
Purposeful activities strengthen both fine motor skills (pouring, threading, drawing) and gross motor skills (climbing, running, dancing) β building coordination and confidence.
π€ Grace & Courtesy
Montessori grace and courtesy lessons teach toddlers social skills β sharing, waiting, greeting others β building the social-emotional foundation for lifelong relationships.
π Practical Life & Independence
Self-care is a core part of our program. Toddlers learn to wash hands, put on shoes and jackets, use utensils, and tidy their workspace β building pride and self-sufficiency.
π΅ Music, Movement & Outdoor Play
Daily outdoor time on our playground plus music and movement activities in three languages keep toddlers active, engaged, and joyful throughout the day.
A Safe, Loving Environment
Toddler exercises and activities recognize that children learn by doing. Classroom materials are always accessible, attractive, safe, and geared for a child’s success. Activities are changed regularly in response to children’s need for variety and challenge as they grow. The safe, loving, gentle atmosphere puts children and parents at ease and makes for a trusting, spontaneous transition to school.
Toddlers attend five days a week, with mornings-only or full-day options available.
